Overview
Befit AI turns goals, body profile, and dietary preferences into a practical meal plan. Short onboarding, generated plans you can actually read, Razorpay for paid access, and quiet motion that supports hierarchy instead of competing with it.
Problem
Generic calorie apps dump macros without context. Coaching is expensive. People need a middle path: enough personalization to feel useful, without a multi-week questionnaire or a blank chat box that asks them to “prompt better.”
Goals
- Collect only the inputs that change the plan (goals, body, diet, routine)
- Generate plans that scan well on mobile — meals, not walls of text
- Monetize with a clean payment path (Razorpay) without dark patterns
- Keep the UI calm so nutrition content stays readable
What shipped
A short flow that captures profile and preferences. Each step has one job; progress is obvious; validation is inline where it matters.
Generated meal plans presented as structured days and meals — scannable sections, clear labels, and enough detail to cook from without feeling like a spreadsheet dump.
Razorpay checkout wired into the product so paid access is a first-class path, not a bolted-on redirect.

Outcome
A complete product loop: onboard → generate → review → pay. The interface stays out of the way so the plan itself is the product.
Stack
Next.js, TypeScript, Razorpay, Shadcn UI.
